Loved the spot right in the heart of Brooklyn! Super close to the Barclay Center and the Brooklyn Bridge. The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Holiday Inn. The room temperature was perfect - not too hot or too cold, just right for a cozy night's rest. We also enjoyed having a microwave oven in the room, which came in handy for reheating our food. I did notice a few things that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were some hairs on the bathroom floor and the carpets looked a bit dirty. We also requested room service to have our towels replaced, but after multiple calls to the front desk, we ended up having to get them ourselves from a storage closet next to the elevator. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of safety measures at the hotel. Anyone could access the elevators and go up to any floor without being stopped or asked for a key. This made me feel a bit uneasy, especially considering the busy area the hotel is located in. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was also convenient for events at The Barclays Center. while there were some areas that could use improvement, the Holiday Inn did have its good points as well. I hope my feedback helps others considering a stay at this hotel.

Celebrated in the whole world for its big-city buzz, Brooklyn offers a unique brand of entertainment that feels worlds away from the rest of the City. We had a fantastic time exploring the Brooklyn Children's Museum and Prospect Park Zoo with our kids, making unforgettable memories.

My wife says that families with children could benefit from clearer instructions on kid-friendly activities nearby.

My stay at the hotel on the same street as the Hilton was a blast! As a party people guest, I had a fantastic time enjoying the bar/lounge area with the amazing Alan serving up drinks and creating a lively atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to multiple subway stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The 24-hour reception and security provided peace of mind, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was a great bonus. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV.

The delayed check-in due to system issues, which caused some frustration after a long journey.
